Cancellation Policy for Consumers

§ 1 Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

§ 2 Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded, i.e., from the time you booked the tool PDF Accessibility Pro via Stripe and access was activated via WordPress or MemberPress.

§ 3 Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (name, address, email, e.g., info@barrierefrai.com) by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from the contract. This can be done by email or via our support form.

§ 4 Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received your withdrawal notice. For the repayment, we will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction.

§ 5 Exception to the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
In the case of digital content (e.g., AI-generated PDF processing) that is not delivered on a physical data carrier and whose execution has begun with your consent before the withdrawal period has expired, the right of withdrawal expires once the download or access has started (§ 356 (5) BGB).
